He possess unique perspective of having worked in a variety of ownership structures (public, private and private equity) and is a recognized as a master negotiator. Additional expertise includes: supplier relationship management, cost base restructuring, strategic planning, change management, organizational design and development, servant leadership and environmental affairs.
