Pricing & Contract Compliance Analyst

Job Description:

Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of ACC’s client audit reporting. This includes working closely with other ACC departments, such as Operations, Sales, and Data Analytics for a smooth transition to audit/compliance, vendor relationship management, data collection, data entry, and pricing verification and enforcement. The Pricing & Contract Compliance Analyst ensures clients and vendors receive optimal support and exceed client satisfaction expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate bid analyses from data analytics for implemented savings categories.
  • Request and track invoice data from vendors.
  • Request and track credits for billing errors from vendors.
  • Perform audits on vendor pricing and contract compliance utilizing a Microsoft Excel based audit tool.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and other ACC departments to ensure audit accuracy.
  • Maintain the audit schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between the vendors and the client to maintain client/vendor relationships.
  • Attend weekly Operations team meetings.
  • Support the ACC management team in other business and operational development initiatives as required.
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, communication, and trust across the ACC organization.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and familiar with Microsoft Access.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proven success in high pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Self-motivated / self-starter – Must be able to work with minimum direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency to meet monthly deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Capacity to recognize when assistance is needed; work within a team to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Possess a high level of positive energy and professional integrity.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Driven to succeed a must!
