If we don’t find savings in a category, there’s no fee for that category — and you walk away knowing you already hold the best rate in the market. For clients who want ongoing analytical work — dashboards, pricing-variance analysis, and standing visibility into their own spend — that work is scoped and priced upfront as a flat engagement, so you always know exactly what you’re getting before we start.
