About the Position:
Alliance Cost Containment (ACC), the industry leader in cost reduction services, is looking for an energetic intern who is motivated to obtain real-world experience working with the data and sales team. The Research and Data Entry Intern will work with the Marketing and Operations departments on their day-to-day tasks.
This will start out as a short term assignment. Additional assignments could materialize based on demand and proficiencies demonstrated by successful candidate. Immediate start.

Responsibilities:
Gather contact data from multiple sources and cohesively compile Excel spreadsheets to organize it.
Work with our team to review the data and provide insights and recommendations as to
whether they are a good fit for ACC’s services.
Make notes of client behaviors using CRM data, provide recommendations on cross-selling.
Assist in quality assurance of data being captured by comparing data.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Organized & superb attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking
Comfortable using basic features in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Basic knowledge of the Financial world a major plus
Must be motivated, responsible, and have a sense of humor
