Senior Vice President, Supplier & Category Management
Steve Grupe joined the ACC team in 2016. He is the Senior Vice President of Supplier and Category Management, responsible for vendor relationship management. Steve leads a leads a team of internal category experts across 35 procurement areas. He oversees the overall category management strategy including vendor contracts and relationships for enterprise clients, group purchasing groups and private equity firms and maintains relationships with strategic national suppliers. Steve is a member of executive leadership team tasked with various short- and long-term strategic initiatives to position ACC for continued and sustainable growth while empowering team members and enhancing client experiences.
Steve Grupe possess unique perspective of having worked in a variety of ownership structures (public, private and private equity) and is a recognized as a master negotiator. Additional expertise includes: supplier contract negotiations and management, cost base restructuring, strategic planning, change management, organizational design and development, servant leadership and environmental affairs.
