ACC Aligns with Long John Silver’s Franchisees to Provide Purchasing
ACC has announced the signing of a new contract between the Long John Silver’s National Purchasing Cooperative and Long John Silver’s. Effective August 1, 2015, ACC assumed management of all indirect spending programs for the 1,100+ Long John Silver’s throughout the United States. Daniel E. Woodside, Concept Leader for ACC, heads this organization.
ACC has recently implemented more than three dozen negotiated discount programs for use by Long John Silver’s franchisees in areas including: credit/debit card processing, beverage-grade carbon dioxide, pest control and waste disposal. Many other categories are in the developmental stage with announcements expected before the year’s end. ACC is working together with SpenDifference, a national supply chain management company focused on food products, packaging and equipment. This partnership will provide franchise owners with a complete range of supply chain products and programs to run their stores efficiently and cost effectively.
Working in partnership with the Louisville based Long John Silver’s organization, the Long John Silver’s National Purchasing Cooperative is a franchise-owned buying group dedicated to helping its members reduce operating expenses and enhance profitability.
